This light shade of blue brings out those wonderful wintry tones that are always on-trend. With its subtle frosty hues, Pastel Blue gives hair a breathtaking glacial shine.

For the most vivid results, we recommend applying to bleached white hair. The color on the pot is a simulation of the color on a level 10.
